Hello,
I'm Michael.
and from the many random computer programming books I've browsed, and skimmed through, I've learned at least one thing:
Whenever you test something you've just created always use the words, "Hello World." to do so.
It's just the way the world works.
That's what you do.
and although, I might play along with such a silly rule in this circumstance, I am very much opposed to doing things elsewhere just because "that's the way they've always been done."
I would much rather do things because it's the way they should be done.
I try to live, and think, and speak, and write with that focus.
Doing things God's way, which at times might seem radical, but hey, what better way to go than the only way I know will turn out eternally "alright", right?
Well, I don't honestly intend to be using this blog very much, I just opened it to participate in a writing blog my sister started, http://whenthepenflows.blogspot.com/
Check it out if you'd like, it's a blog full of short stories and poems people have written to share.
If you would like a window into the mind of Michael, as I said it won't be found here, but you might find interest on my MySpace blog:
My otha' bloug
Well, In joy life, and Enjoy Jesus... Who loved us enough, in spite of our failures, to die for us, pay for our sins, and wants to hang out with us while we live this, otherwise (and sometimes still) confusing, life if only we'd ask Him to.
If we admit we're sinners, we can't do everything perfect, and therefore deserve to die and be separated from Him and His awesome love forever, if we admit that and realize we need His help, His payment for our debt, then He promises to forgive us, and be our Friend, our King, our Saviour (obviously) and our God. And it may sound all weird, but it isn't. It's the most amazing thing that could ever happen to anyone, so don't dismiss it as absurd, rather embrace it as an exquisite reality, and live, abundantly.
If you've got any questions, (because it's far too grand a topic to condense into one blog-post-farewell) just ask... God gave us this nifty little book called the Bible, and He doesn't want to be so mysterious that we can't even understand the gift He wants to give us... He wants us to have it, and He wants us to understand, so He gave us the Bible and the promise of His love and grace.
I'm not an expert, but I might be able to help make some sense of it... so just ask.
and with that and many smiles and prayers for whoever may read this,
I will wish you a marvelous day, and a grand life, hopefully with God at the helm and you along for the glorious ride. =)
In Christ,
-Michael <>< =)
